1. Full Conference - 3-day registration – $495.00
Includes all sessions, meals, and receptions at the hotel on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
2. Wednesday & Thursday - 2 days only – $425.00
Includes all sessions, meals, and receptions at the hotel on the Sept. 23 and 24. This registration does not include the Mystic Seaport Museum event, "Sanitarians at the Seaport," which may be purchased for an additional fee.
3. Thursday & Friday - 2 days only – $385.00
Includes all sessions, meals and raffle drawings at the hotel on Sept. 24 and 25 only.
4. Wednesday - 1 day only – $255.00
Includes all sessions, meals and receptions at the hotel on September 23.
5. Thursday - 1 day only – $255.00
Includes all sessions, meals, receptions, and raffles at the hotel on Thursday, September 24.
6. Friday - 1 day only – $175.00
Includes all sessions and meals on September 25. Conference ends at 1:00 p.m.

Early bird registration is now open! We are providing these early bird conference rates as the conference agenda fully develops over the next month. Take advantage of these reduced registration fees as they will increase by $100.00 on August 1, 2026. We will provide two and a half days with two training tracks of up-to-date information on relevant topics, supporting the conference theme "Sustainable Science for Environmental Health." In addition to our proven track record of outstanding training sessions, there will be an exhibition hall with numerous vendors, raffle drawings, two exhibitor receptions, an awards luncheon, and plenty of networking opportunities that make this conference a complete experience for professional development.

The Hilton Mystic is providing guestroom accommodations at a special room block rate of $179 plus tax. Rooms are available for Tuesday 9/22, Wednesday 9/23, and Thursday 9/24.
